  Second only to discovering a new weekend happy hour , enjoying a shiny new brunch is one of my favorite things to do! Here’s a look at 5 brand new brunches from some already beloved restaurants all around Los Angeles. Opened just a few weeks ago at the Beverly Center, Executive Farmer Nathan Peitso is hitting the brunch ground running with “seed to plate” items you can feel good about eating. Some of the best of the garden include Quinoa Granola made with quinoa, straus yogurt, and rhubarb compote ($12); Ocean Trout Gravlax Toast with pickled shallots, sprouts, and goat cheese ranch ($14); and an Eggs Benedict served on a buttermilk biscuit, with your choice of pork belly or ocean trout gravlax, and hollandaise ($16). Fancy a beverage? The Bloody Marys are mixed with hand-squeezed tomatoes from Fryer Farm and hyper-seasonal sweet and green juices.
